Our Upload

To upload, means to send electronic billing data from early intervention software with a designed billing component to interface with a government fiscal intermediary (First Health, Covansys, etc.) for the purpose of billing for early intervention services. The reason that specialized early intervention software is helpful, as opposed to using the fiscal intermediary software, is because our software performs several time- and -money saving functions. This improves cash flow dramatically, while simultaneously performing a semi-fiscal adult, and/or helping to filter possible fraud.

The opposite operation, to download is to receive an electronic data file from a remote or central system, such as a web server, FTP server, mail server, or other similar systems. For the purpose of early intervention, the downloaded information refers to those claim submissions (for early intervention services) that have been paid, or not paid, and why they have not been paid. This download involves the receipt saving of this information. The reason that specialized early intervention software is helpful, as opposed to using the fiscal intermediary software is because the information may be:

• Exported to accounting systems
• Create accounts receivable reports
• Create 'denial' reports
• Allow reconciliation reports by check number
• Auto post payment against each claim
