One time set up fee includes one day (up to 7 hours) of onsite training via WebEx and 2 free hours of phone support. The purpose of this implementation stage is to "hand-hold" the customer to ensure a smooth and seamless experience. This includes assistance with configuration of security access rights, explaining/teaching the use of streamlined workflows, using the on-line FREE tutorial, and "walking" the client through key program modules.
